-University of Pennsylvania found that pessimists’ health deteriorated far more rapidly as they aged.
-Mayo clinic found that optimists have lower levels of cardiovascular disease and longer life spans.
-University of Colorado found that pessimism is associated with a weakened immune response to tumors and infections.
I also want to add one of my favorite scriptures here. “Give and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full, pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back.” Luke 6:38
3. Research shows, people who read seven or more books per year are more than 122% likelier to be millionaires than those who read 3 or fewer. The average millionaire reads twelve books a year.
